are you throwing up? needing to use the restroom a lot? do you have a fever? then it could be appendicitis.
Your kidneys are towards your sides and back, but since you mention you had back pain as well it could be kidney related.
you could also be constipated or it could just be an abdominal or muscle strain. If it doesnt go away within the next day, see a doctor for reassurance because nobody on the internet can diagnose you.
